Little Libraries update

We shared details of how our Little Library project is taking shape in Penistone. Original post here

Awesome Team Penistone

Whilst numbers can sometimes be dull, Bruce went all Rachel Riley on us and shared details of the group’s 2018 census. Pretty amazing and something the group is incredibly proud of. See the original details here

Beaver panto/sleepover

Beavers from the three colonies went to see Peter Pan at  Grenoside pantomime before having a sleepover at the scout hut.

Friday night is, erm, panto night!

Whilst our beaver colonies were at the pantomime in Grenoside, a large proportion of the rest of our group was at the Penistone Paramount enjoying Penistone Theatre Group’s production of Snow White and the seven dwarves.

Junk modeling

Tuesday and Wednesday Beavers followed in the shoes of Friday Beavers with each team of 5 (or 6) making a Gruffalo, owl, mouse, fox, and snake before acting out the story.
