We have an exciting year of activities and events ahead. For many to be successful, we need to take stock of our equipment and stores.
With adult volunteers from the leader team coordinating, and additional help sought from parents/guardians, over the course of the weekend we need to:
- Empty the loft space, stores and outside container of all equipment
- Check the equipment is fit for the purpose
- Determine what we’ll keep, recycle or move on to another volunteer organisation
- Take an inventory
- Put equipment away in an organised fashion
We may get some of the older Scouts to support this too, but we will be reliant upon adult support to be successful.
After the weekend, we will have a strong view as to what items we need to invest in or seek funding to purchase new.

For those attending a full day, we will provide lunch. Probably Fish and chips on Saturday and then a BBQ on Sunday.
