Beaver Pirate Camp – The first 24 hours

After a long journey, we arrived at the Old school house and watched a film before getting into bed.

A bright and sunny morning saw the beavers take a hike along the cliff tops before visiting the Robin Hoods Bay museum. Alison told stories of life in Robin Hood’s Bay around the time the town of Robin Hood coming to the town.

The beavers enjoyed looking at the scale models of how the town used to look and learning about how people would live.

The afternoon saw the beavers take to the beach for sandcastle building. Rock pooling and kite flying before returning to the school house for tea.

In the evening the beavers made kites in teams ready to try out Sunday afternoon.
